Antonio joined ESMA in August 2011 and he’s Team Leader for Investment Management within the Investors and Issuers Department. Since May 2018 Antonio leads the work of the Investment Management team dealing with the EU legislation on asset management (including the UCITS Directive, AIFMD and MMF Regulation), while in the past he worked in the team with a specific focus on remuneration and depositary-related matters. Prior to joining ESMA, Antonio was a senior associate at a major law firm in Luxembourg where he advised a wide range of international clients on setting up investment funds. He qualified as a lawyer in Italy and was registered as a EU foreign lawyer in Luxembourg. Antonio holds a law degree from the University of Padua, a master degree (DESS) in European Litigation from the University of Luxembourg and the University of Strasbourg “R. Schuman” as well a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from the King’s College (London).

Jean-François Bay was Director of Strategy, Development and International Operations of La Financière de l’Echiquier, member of the Board.

He also served for seven years as CEO of the french entity of Morningstar Inc, having successfully created several companies and platforms specializing in investment advisory on fund selection, companies now absorbed by Morningstar.

Jean-François Bay is Administrator of F2iC (www.f2ic.fr), the french independent association serving the individual investors. He is also founder and honorary member of the french institutional investor association (www.af2i.org). He was member of the AMF Consultative Commission « Markets & Exchanges » (www.amf-france.org), Associate professor of the Paris Dauphine University (www.dauphine.fr) and member of the Board for the CNCEF (www.cncef.org).

Jean-François is graduated from ISC Business School with a Master Degree in Finance.

Estelle Castres joined Natixis Investment Managers in April 2014 to launch the France Insurance team. In 2017, Estelle was promoted to Head of Insurance Channel Global Key Insurance Clients Group and co-Head of Western Europe in 2019. Before joining Natixis Investment Managers, she worked as a Senior Institutional Sales at AXA Investment Managers, and prior to that, as a Senior Fixed Income Product Specialist. She also worked as Fixed Income portfolio manager at Credit Agricole Asset Management. She began her career in 1993, as a proprietary trader on fixed income in Paris, as a senior proprietary trader in London at Dresdner Bank and then as a senior proprietary trader on fixed income within Barep (Societe Generale Group).

Estelle Castres graduated from ESC Amiens, and obtained a DESS in Finance from the Institut de Sciences Politiques in Strasbourg.

Trader de 1985 à 1990 chez Merrill Lynch Londres, Arabelle passe à la gestion d’actifs en 1990 à CDC Gestion à Paris à un poste de développement commercial. Elle poursuit sa carrière à Société Générale Asset management de 2001 à 2012, occupant successivement les postes de vendeur institutionnel, responsable du marketing institutionnel et directeur adjoint Développement Commercial Monde.

Elle rejoint l’AFG en 2014 où elle devient directeur du Pôle Distribution en 2018.

Julien Dif regularly advises promoters of foreign collective investment schemes on all Swiss legal and regulatory aspects relating to the distribution and placement of such products. He collaborates with the FINMA and conducts the necessary procedures for the maintenance of all required authorizations.

Anne has extensive experience in legal, compliance and product & business development for alternative asset managers as well as legal and structuring expertise for derivative products in investment banking. She has held various senior legal positions with such firms as EIM, UBP, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley and was recently the project lead for obtaining a FINMA asset management license for a local firm. Anne is a Qualified English solicitor (Hogan Lovells) and has a Master of Law from the Université des Sciences Sociales in Toulouse. She has been based in Switzerland since 2003 and is also a founding member of the Geneva Chapter of 100 Women in Hedge Funds.

Arnaud a commencé sa carrière en 1993 à la Direction financière du CSE Insurance Group à San Francisco. Il a ensuite travaillé comme consultant au CFPB (Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire) de 1996 à 1998. De 1998 à 2000 Arnaud a occupé le poste de Responsable des actions de formation à la Banque Finama. Il entre chez Groupama AM en 2000 comme chargé de Relations Institutionnelles. En janvier 2006 Arnaud devient Responsable du développement Italie puis Administrateur délégué et Directeur général de Groupama AM SGR en 2007. En 2010 Arnaud devient Directeur commercial international de Groupama AM et Administrateur délégué de Groupama AM SGR. Depuis 2011, Arnaud est Directeur commercial de Groupama AM.

Arnaud est diplômé du « MBA Institute » de Paris.

Frédéric GIOVANSILI a rejoint Tikehau Capital en 2019 en tant que Directeur général adjoint de Tikehau Investment Management et supervise les ventes, le marketing et le développement des affaires. Auparavant, il était responsable des ventes pour l’Europe du Nord et l’Europe de l’Ouest sur les marchés mondiaux et des solutions de financement client chez Nomura, qu’il avait rejoint en 2017. Auparavant, il a travaillé en tant que Managing Director chez Citi pendant 11 ans à Londres, puis à Paris, où il a dirigé les marchés mondiaux en France, en Belgique et au Luxembourg. Avant de rejoindre Citi, il a occupé plusieurs postes chez Merrill Lynch et JP Morgan à Londres.

Olivier is a Managing Partner and the Global Head of Sales at MFEX since 2011. Before that Olivier created and managed Montana Partners, a third-party marketing firm. Before that Olivier was at Morgan Stanley for 12 years where he was Managing Director in the Equity Department and Exane BNP Paribas for 5 years as Head of sales and Directeur general adjoint. Olivier graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and has an MBA from U of Chicago.

Kuntz can look back onto more than 20 years of experience in Securities Services Sales and Relationship Management, most gained in various management positions at State Street Bank in Frankfurt am Main and Zurich. His last positions were as Head of Asset Manager Solutions Continental Europe and Head of Sales Switzerland.

Philippe Lebeau a rejoint Comgest en 2009 comme Responsable Marketing et Relations Investisseurs, chargé de superviser ces activités au sein du Groupe Comgest. Philippe a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le secteur et est membre du Comité Exécutif et du Comité de Direction de Comgest Global Investors SAS.

He started his financial career at UBS, working in its Investment and Private Banking divisions, followed by senior positions at Bank Vontobel and Bank Von Roll in Zurich.

Patrick holds a BSc degree in Finance and International Management from the University of Zurich.

Andrea a débuté sa carrière dans l’audit et le conseil chez Arthur Andersel & Co puis a rejoint le groupe Ersel en 1995 en tant que gérant de fonds avant de prendre la direction des investissements d’Ersel Asset Management SGR Italie de 2002 à 2015. En 2016 Andrea a intégré EGI à Londres en tant que Director of International Business. Depuis avril 2019 Andrea a rejoint le groupe Ersel Italie en tant que Director of Financial Advisory. Andrea est diplômé de l’Université Bocconi à Milan en Business Administration.

In 1994, Yves created Consultment, a consultancy firm offering strategic advisory, business development and management consulting to the asset management industry.

From 1996 to 2012, Yves developed fund hubs, information services and regulatory filing services for the fund industry.

Yves founded FundGlobam in 2012 on the basis of a sharing-knowlegde business model to help asset managers and service providers to master the challenges and risks of cross-border fund distribution.
